A good scrub is essential for healthy, radiant skin. To ensure the scrub isn't too harsh, always apply it to damp skin.
Use circular motions when scrubbing, but don't be too vigorous. This ensures even distribution and prevents skin irritation.
Adjust the scrub's firmness by adjusting the pressure you apply to your skin type. This way, you can effectively tailor the scrub to your unique skin needs.
Take your time and massage each body part for about half a minute. Pay extra attention to rough areas, such as knees and elbows, to get smooth and soft skin.
After scrubbing, rinse the skin thoroughly with (lukewarm) water to remove dead skin cells and leave the skin feeling fresh and soft.
