1. What is The Sustainable Superstore?
   The Sustainable Superstore is an online marketplace where you can find products from small, local entrepreneurs who are all working towards a more sustainable future. From clothing and home accessories to personal care and food, each product is carefully selected to meet our strict sustainability criteria.
2. How do I know if the products are really sustainable?
   All our partners meet extensive sustainability criteria. You can find the list of our core values ​​here (link to core values).
3. How does the ordering process work?
   When you order something from The Sustainable Superstore, your order is sent directly to the partner that sells the product. They will pack your order and ship it within three working days. Please note: our partner chocolate makers is an exception to this. They ship weekly on Wednesdays.
4. What are the shipping costs?
   Shipping costs vary per partner, but to make it easy for you, all prices shown on our website include shipping costs. This way you know exactly where you stand, without surprises at checkout.
5. Can I return my order?
   Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Exceptions: sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery. Therefore, these products may only be returned if the seal is still intact and the product has not been opened. In all other cases, the right of withdrawal lapses.
   However, we encourage you to shop consciously and think carefully about your purchase in advance. By returning less, we contribute together to less waste and a lower ecological footprint. If you do decide to return something, the return costs are at your own expense. We kindly ask you to return the product in its original condition and packaging.    You can always contact us via the contact form on the website. We will make sure that your question reaches the right partner and is answered as soon as possible.
7. What makes The Sustainable Superstore different from other webshops?
   Everything you need for conscious choices can be found in one place – sustainable shopping without endless searching. Through our platform, you buy directly from (small) impact entrepreneurs who are committed to a better future. No greenwashing, but transparent, conscious choices. This way you know that every purchase contributes to a positive impact for people, animals and the planet.

9. How can I cancel my order?
   If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to stop your order before it is shipped. If the product is already in transit, you can return it as soon as you receive it.
