Hi, we're Per and Luc. We're the makers of Mesjokke chocolate. For us, chocolatemaking begins with the magic of the cocoa bean. We source only very special types of cocoa, whose flavors can vary significantly depending on the country of origin, the soil type, and the fermentation process.
We pay a fair price for this specialty cocoa, two to three times higher than what's paid for standard bulk cocoa! And we ensure we always know exactly where the cocoa comes from and that the conditions under which it's produced are good.

Mesjokke Swingin' Sunrise (72% dark chocolate with cocoa from the Kilombero Valley (Tanzania). Complex, red fruit with a hint of acidity, warm notes of dark chocolate and spices, smooth finish)
