Whether you're a kitchen prince or a dummy: with this package you can make your own delicious (vegan) oyster mushroom bitterballen and/or croquettes!
In the enclosed instructions, master croquetter Danny Wijnberg from Wad'n Keuken takes you through the finer points of making stock, making ragout and breading the bitterballen and croquettes.
This package has been carefully put together by our partner Wad'n Keuken in Ameland and includes our oyster mushrooms (dried) grown on coffee grounds.
All ingredients are weighed and good for approx. 25 bitterballen or approx. 10 croquettes.

– Batter mix
– Flower
– Oyster mushrooms (dried)
– Wad'n herb mix
You will need: sunflower oil
The package has a long shelf life and does not need to be kept refrigerated.
