Hi, we're Per and Luc. We're the makers of Mesjokke chocolate. For us, chocolatemaking begins with the magic of the cocoa bean. We source only very special types of cocoa, whose flavors can vary significantly depending on the country of origin, the soil type, and the fermentation process.

We pay a fair price for this specialty cocoa, two to three times higher than what's paid for standard bulk cocoa! And we ensure we always know exactly where the cocoa comes from and that the conditions under which it's produced are good.

To get the very best out of our special cocoa beans, we handle every step of the production process ourselves! This is called Bean to Bar. This guarantees you the very best bar.

Four bars (80 grams) from our regular selection in one package. The composition of this Choco Quartet may vary, but you'll receive, for example:

Mesjokke Natural Blonde (40% white chocolate with natural cocoa butter from the Dominican Republic. Deep, slightly sweet, aniseed)

Mesjokke Stardust (57% milk chocolate with cocoa from the Sambirano Valley (Madagascar). Fruity, sour, caramel, hint of salt)

Mesjokke DARC Angel (72% dark chocolate with cocoa from the Waslala region (Nicaragua). Dark cocoa, fruit, nuts, cinnamon)

Mesjokke Swingin' Sunrise (72% dark chocolate with cocoa from the Kilombero Valley (Tanzania). Complex with notes of red fruit, acidity, and a soft, warm finish.)

PS: On warm days of 25 degrees and above, the chocolate may be a bit delayed.
